While working with the home designer or architect on your final drawings, we will take you shopping to pick out materials. Selecting materials is fun - and this also gives us the opportunity to provide you products that meet your needs within your budget constraints.

The next meeting you'll have with the home building experts at Stetler Construction will involve discussing in detail the specifications of your home, costs, materials and financing options. At this meeting you'll receive a home building proposal to review.

Once all paperwork is signed, construction gets underway! You’ll receive weekly reports from Stetler Construction to confirm your selections and discuss the progress of your custom home. We work very hard to keep your project on time and budget. We want your building experience to be stress free and exciting as we get closer and closer to finishing the home of your dreams!
